Refund And Returns Policy

We want you to feel 100% confident in using our services. We offer a 14-day returns policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, simply call our customer services department 0151 245 5795 as soon as you have received your good and explain that you wish to return the product. You may also contact us by email on orders@mediworxaestheticswholesale.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A refund will not be honoured if the product(s) has been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during transit) back to us unless the product is faulty.

No replacement or refund will be honoured if it’s been 14 days from dispatch date. Replacements will undergo investigations and any decision made will be down to the discretion of MEDI WORX AESTHETICS WHOLESALE management team.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

All refunds are down to the discretion of the MEDI WORX AESTHETICS WHOLESALE team.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

We don’t take any responsibility for any orders being delayed during transit with our delivery partners. Any delays won’t be issued a refund unless this is authorised by management. (This includes all delivery options, pre-timed options, and international).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Alternatively, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to:

Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

We are unable to accept the following products as returns:

  • Needles/Cannulas or products used to inject
  • Dermal Fillers, fat dissolving products, meso therapy products or products used in aesthetic or beauty treatments
  • Disposable single use products live gloves, aprons etc…

All products need to be returned in the state it was dispatched to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless approved with management).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
